That’s why at JT Ethos Golf we design programmes to maximise the impact of the time in the gym on your game. Focussing on the most important aspects for you, where you’re starting and your ultimate goal.
Anyone can do a few weights or jump on a treadmill and think it is going to improve their game, but when you see a proper, golf-focussed programme you know how much it’s going to benefit your performance.
But we don’t just stop at the door to the gym. Our programmes help you to understand what you need to do before a round, during and after to stay injury free. We advise you on how to stay focussed the whole way round so that you don’t drop silly shots somewhere on the back nine.
