When I started with Jim my health was declining, my back was bad I was overweight and had just gone from pre-diabetic to diabetic and the doctors were starting to say that I would need to start injecting insulin.

In January this year whilst at a ‘Goal Setting’ training event, I sat with Jim and talked about my goals for fitness, family and my future.
